Yocum Law Office is a general practice law firm. We focus on working with our clients to identify their legal needs and to develop an individualized legal strategy based on their specific situation.

Yocum Law Office has developed several innovative programs that can be offered by business owners/agencies to their employees and clients. Educational programs, brief advice clinics and one on one meetings are all available to improve employee retention and to promote individual and family stability. 

Attorney Mindy Yocum is the owner of Yocum Law Office.

Mindy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University and earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School. During her time in law school, Mindy worked full-time in the Social Security Disability department at Barkan Meizlish. She also participated in an externship with The Justice League of Ohio and was a staff member of the Capital University Law Review. She served as evening vice president of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Labor and Employment Association, the Women's Law Association, the Capital University Honor Code committee, and as a student liason for the Facilities Committee.

Prior to Law School, Mindy spent much of her career in Food and Beverage Management.  In her spare time, Mindy enjoys  performing pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and spending time with her family.
