Justice for All Cases
Yocum Law believes that justice is a right and that no one should be at a disadvantage in the justice system because of a lack of resources. That is why we offer sliding scale attorney's fees based on your income for common case types, including: Family Law (divorce and child custody); Record Sealing/CQE; Simple Wills and POAs; civil suits; and other general practice matters.
How Does It Work??
Justice for All is designed to make traditional legal representation more affordable for people who may not qualify for free legal aid but still struggle with the cost of hiring an attorney.
1. Tell Us What's Going On
Start by telling us a little about your legal issue. We'll review the information to determine whether it is the type of matter we can handle through Justice for All.
2. We Determine Whether Your Case Is a Good Fit
We only accept a limited number of Justice for All cases. We'll consider the type and complexity of your legal issue, our current availability, and whether we believe we can effectively help you.
3. Your Fee Is Based on Your Income
If your case is accepted, we'll ask for information about your income and household size. We use that information to determine your reduced fee.
You'll know what your legal services will cost before you decide to hire us.
4. You Get a Lawyer, Not Just Forms
Justice for All is full-service legal representation. If we accept your case, Yocum Law represents you and works with you throughout the matter.
Affordable doesn't mean less important. Your case gets the same care, communication, and attention as every other Yocum Law client.
